Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure all compliance-related administration is up to date for WHS, Child services (Blue Card), Vehicles, and people-focused compliance (HR, staff, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support for these processes.
  • Manage staff expenses and reimbursements efficiently.
  • Oversee Staff Vehicles, including Fleet Management and ownership.
  • Ensure Human Resources and people-related compliance.
  • Coordinate Blue card and child services related compliance.
  • Manage IT administration and hardware management effectively.
  • Ensure site Security System programming aligns with site usage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrator across compliance roles.
  • High level verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work confidentially with sensitive information.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working Arrangements

We offer flexibility for working from home, and free parking is available on-site. This position is ideal for someone who is a problem solver and can manage competing priorities seamlessly, working alongside the Operations Manager.
