Our Home Care Services

Our services empower seniors to maintain their independence by providing personalized support tailored to their needs. This includes domestic assistance, meal assistance, transport and accompaniment, social support and activities, personal care, and support for health conditions.

The Role

As a Home Care Specialist, you will take the lead in delivering person-centered care to our clients and their families. You will be compassionate and supportive, listening to individual needs and tailoring services to achieve the best possible living standards.

Requirements

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care / Disability Support or related field
    - Prior experience in a similar role in the community/home care
    - Current driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance
    - Time management skills
    - Reliable and trustworthy nature, as our clients depend on you.
    - Ability to work with minimal supervision
    - Able to provide evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations and flu vaccinations
    - Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working independently and remotely in customers' homes and in the local community.
