Job Description

As a key player in our gaming operations, the Pokie Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on front-of-house position requires a passionate and caring individual to support the Gaming Leadership Team in operating the hotel's gaming-related operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Gaming Leadership Team with day-to-day operational requirements for gaming-related operations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain venue standards regarding cleanliness and presentation.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to foster a positive working environment.
  • Adhere to rotating rostered shifts, including opens, mids, closes, weekends, and public holidays, in line with the hotel's operating hours.
  • Possess a current valid RSA, RSG & ARCG (or be willing to obtain).
  • Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
