As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Marketing Team, and Village Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to enquiring clients. This involves providing advice, answering questions, and actively promoting our values in all customer correspondence, both written and verbal.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact centre environment
- Demonstrated understanding of the retirement and care sector is preferred
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and resolve client complaints
- Understanding of marketing segments and ability to apply this knowledge to lead nurturing
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce is highly regarded
