Deliver high-quality education as a lecturer in social work, ensuring student-centric experiences and compliance with industry standards. You will develop and deliver face-to-face teaching sessions, create learning resources, and provide student support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver teaching sessions, student engagement activities, and learning materials.
  • Create resources including study guides, webinars, and assessment instructions for assigned subjects.
  • Provide student support via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Encourage student engagement and assess student assessments in accordance with policies.
  • Identify at-risk students and develop individual learning plans as needed.
About You

You should have a PhD in social work or a related field with relevant teaching experience. Alternatively, you may have a Master's degree with significant professional experience in social work or community services.

  • Experience in curriculum development and teaching.
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver tertiary subjects successfully.
  • High professional and ethical standards, resilience, and a collaborative approach.
