Full-time, continuing (Teaching and Research focused) role based at our Melbourne campus with some hybrid flexibility.
About the role : Operating within the National School of Allied Health, the Lecturer (Level B) in Social Work will play a key role in achieving excellence in social work education, contributing to the integration of theory, research, and practice in student preparation, and developing social work knowledge through research and publication.
The Senior Lecturer (Level C) in Social Work leads and contributes to teaching and curriculum development in both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conducts recognized research relevant to the school, supervises postgraduate research, and contributes to academic administration leadership.
The Social Work Discipline at ACU offers a Bachelor of Social Work (Pass and Honours) and a Master of Social Work (qualifying) on Canberra and Strathfield campuses and online.
These programs are accredited by the Australian Association of Social Workers.

Total remuneration valued at $142,635 - $168,220 (pro rata) per annum, including salary of $120,529 - $142,305 (pro rata), employer superannuation contribution, and annual leave loading.
Total remuneration valued at $178,414 - $193,705 (pro rata) per annum, including salary of $151,018 - $164,087 (pro rata), employer superannuation contribution, and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions for eligible staff.
Annual leave loading of approximately 17.5% of four weeks' salary, payable pro-rata depending on start date.
