About the Role

As a strategic and detail-oriented mining professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical leadership, continuous improvement, and governance in guiding short-term and tactical mine direction.

You will be responsible for leading, developing, and coaching a team of Mine Scheduling Specialists ensuring safe, accurate, and executable designs that enable delivery against targets.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a technologically advanced mining environment where you will be responsible for:

  • Leading execution of site's dragline design strategy across planning horizons.
  • Preparing and presenting pit designs, dig sequencing, and reserves.
  • Driving performance and continuous improvement through management of performance, problem solving, and improvement projects.
  • Strengthening team capability through people development and training on dragline and dozer-specific principles and software.
