Job Description

The Netball World Cup 2027 Legacy Plan aims to enhance participation and engagement within netball across Australia. This role will play a critical part in aligning existing national participation initiatives to a major event opportunity.

The Legacy Manager will develop a close working relationship with key staff across the Netball Australia and the Netball World Cup entity.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Creating and leading the operational execution of the Netball World Cup Legacy Plan.
  • Designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic projects and initiatives outlined in the Legacy Plan.
  • Collaborating with Government relations to secure legacy funding.
  • Coordinating a Member Organisation Working Group to support the delivery of localised initiatives.
