Job Overview

Southern Cross Cleaning delivers exceptional cleaning services to various clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services in public areas, toilets, kitchens, and common spaces. You will understand and deliver customer service where client needs are met, and communication is valued.

You will work autonomously and with others to achieve scheduled work on time, using the correct cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional cleaning services in public areas, toilets, kitchens, and common spaces.
  • Understand and deliver customer service where client needs are met, and communication is valued.
  • Work autonomously and with others to achieve scheduled work on time.
  • Correct use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment.
  • Identify and report safety & maintenance issues and non-compliances.
  • Complete cleaning records and training requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Australian citizen or naturalised Australian citizen with a naturalisation certificate as proof.
  • Must have an AFP (Australian Federal Police Clearance) current within 30 days.
  • Be prepared to undergo further Security vetting.
  • Experienced in General cleaning, Window cleaning, Carpet shampooing, strip & sealing would be an advantage.
  • Driver's Licence / Own vehicle.
  • Available Monday to Friday for 4.5 hour shifts.
