We are seeking an experienced Patient Services Officer to join our team at the Milton Park Clinic. This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, where your impact will be valued and recognized.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time management and prioritization abilities, and a positive attitude towards providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, rescheduling, and patient communications, as well as liaising with hospital staff, doctors, and clinical teams.

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and efficient billing and receipting services for patient accounts. The successful candidate will also have experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience in administration or customer service, ideally in healthcare or aged care
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support patients sensitively
  • Confidence in billing/receipting medical accounts (Medicare and DVA experience preferred)
