About this role:

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives that align with our mission and values.

This includes leading and supporting a range of projects, including the continued development of our Outcomes Framework.

This role supports organisational growth through managing project documentation, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking and managing strategic projects that contribute to organisational growth and improvement.
  • Sharing lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders in understanding their roles in projects.
  • Drafting quality position papers, proposals, and policy documentation based on strong evidence.

What We Need:

We need a critical thinker, driven to build continuous improvement who has:

  • Relevant qualifications in project management, administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative and operational support for complex, strategic projects in the social sector.
  • Experience in organisational growth and/or services for vulnerable children, young people, and families.
  • Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and analyse data and information.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a values-driven, proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of the social sector's context and challenges.
  • Commitment to Child Safe Standards, inclusion and diversity, and elevating children's voices in service design and evaluation.
  • Willingness to build cultural knowledge and competency.
