About this role:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives that align with our mission and values.
This includes leading and supporting a range of projects, including the continued development of our Outcomes Framework.
This role supports organisational growth through managing project documentation, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking and managing strategic projects that contribute to organisational growth and improvement.
- Sharing lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Supporting internal stakeholders in understanding their roles in projects.
- Drafting quality position papers, proposals, and policy documentation based on strong evidence.
What We Need:
We need a critical thinker, driven to build continuous improvement who has:
- Relevant qualifications in project management, administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative and operational support for complex, strategic projects in the social sector.
- Experience in organisational growth and/or services for vulnerable children, young people, and families.
- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and teams.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and analyse data and information.
- Strong decision-making skills with a values-driven, proactive approach.
- Knowledge of the social sector's context and challenges.
- Commitment to Child Safe Standards, inclusion and diversity, and elevating children's voices in service design and evaluation.
- Willingness to build cultural knowledge and competency.
