In this intriguing role, you will:

  • Investigate complaints and tip-offs related to alleged fraud claims
  • Gather evidence through interviews and detailed analysis of financial records
  • Prepare expert witness reports for prosecution and assist clients with their claims
  • Provide guidance on compliance, enhancing firms' internal controls and risk management
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve risk management procedures

To be considered for this role:

  • Must be a qualified CA/CPA accountant
  • Background in Forensic Accounting, Insolvency, or Audit (External and Internal)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting
  • Experience or strong interest in investigations
  • Willingness to travel to clients primarily in Greater Sydney and occasionally to regional NSW
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently manage caseloads
