**Job Description**

The role of a Speech Pathologist involves delivering evidence-based therapy to empower participants and drive positive outcomes.

This position provides an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to launch their career in speech pathology, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and create innovative solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to dive into both interdisciplinary and discipline-specific modules, covering the fundamentals of therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication, and managing complex behaviours.

In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapy that drives positive outcomes for participants in various environments. You'll apply the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.
