As the Product Manager for Employer Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing innovative solutions tailored to employers within the superannuation and retirement funds industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the strategic vision for employer solutions, aligning with the unique needs of superannuation and retirement funds.
  • Lead the strategic and commercial management of MUFG Retirement Employer Solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with client support teams to address inquiries, issues, and feedback from employers and their employees.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to promote effective utilization of employer solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, sales, and client services, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies, representing MUFG Retirement Solutions' financial tools and solutions portfolio and strategic direction.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks and standards for employer solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution implementation and usage, implementing controls to safeguard client data and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital / SaaS HR technology or employer solutions, preferably in the superannuation and retirement funds industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing independent software vendor partners, supply agreements and joint go-to-market strategy and promotion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Large-scale B2B2C and B2C SaaS web and mobile application production, delivery, and support experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and solution performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the superannuation and retirement funds industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of driving product innovation, adoption, and revenue growth in a similar industry context.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
