About the Role

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team at Kirinari Community Services. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals to access community resources and participate in activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Current Driver's Licence
