Key Leaders play a vital role in our store leadership team, directly impacting the performance of salesfloor team members and guest experience.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills, who can effectively support team members, facilitate an outstanding guest experience, and oversee all aspects of the retail floor. They will leverage key performance indicators to prioritize responsibilities while adapting to day-to-day business adjustments and challenges.

Responsibilities

Leadership and People Management:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members to ensure their ongoing learning and development.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance to help team members achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.

Guest Experience:

  • Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service by assessing guest needs, providing technical product education, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment that meets the diverse needs of guests.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and use this expertise to inform guests about the benefits and features of our products.

Operations:

  • Monitor business data and metrics to evaluate progress toward goals and make informed decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of opening and closing procedures according to established checklists.
