We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Centre Cootamundra. Located in a friendly and relaxing small country town, we offer a 50-place centre with three studios that provide a nurturing environment for children and families.

We pride ourselves on the high-quality care we deliver to our community, and our educators are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. With a strong focus on professional development, you will have opportunities to grow and develop your skills through training and mentorship.

This is a permanent role that offers a range of benefits, including support to maintain teacher registration, access to leadership and management courses, and career progression opportunities to work towards a management role.

About You:

  • You hold an Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • You have a relevant teachers' registration (e.g., NESA).
  • You possess a current Working with Children's Check.

Salary and Benefits:

Approximately $60,000-$80,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a 50% discount on childcare fees, access to scholarships for Masters in Early Childhood Education, and wellbeing initiatives with our Australia-wide partners.
