Job Overview

As a seasoned Sales professional, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and success in our Building Management Solutions team. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted growth in the VIC BMS Service Business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive engagement with existing install base initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality sales proposals that meet Johnson Controls' corporate policies and processes.
  • Participate in tender requests and provide solutions that showcase Johnson Controls' products, systems, and expertise.
  • Deliver assigned business plans, achieving secured sales volume and gross margin targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on industry trends and future business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and end-users to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
