Personalised Support for People with Disability in Their Homes

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support to our clients with disability within their homes in Ipswich. As a Home and Community Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

The role involves providing domestic assistance such as light cleaning and housework, assisting clients to achieve their goals and objectives, and establishing strong relationships with clients and their families.

You will be required to travel to support multiple clients each day, using your reliable vehicle. This is a casual opportunity with flexible working hours available between 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We offer a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusivity.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organisational skills, hygiene practices and problem-solving abilities. You must have recently completed your Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or similar) and hold an Australian Driver's Licence and a current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
