Support Worker for Older Adults

As a Support Worker, you will provide personal care and assistance to older adults in their homes, enabling them to live independently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
  • Help with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
  • Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of older adults
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Successful candidates will undergo relevant pre-employment checks to ensure client safety.
