We're seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our Sydney-based team at SS&C Technologies Holdings. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and scale demand generation engines, contributing to millions of dollars in attribution and pipeline every month.

About the Role:

This Manager role on our agile B2B marketing team reports to the Head of Growth Marketing in APAC. You'll leverage your creative, strategic, analytical, and experimental skills to craft and execute multichannel acquisition and retention marketing strategies aimed at aggressive performance targets.

  • Marketing Priorities: Develop and drive marketing priorities, strategies, goals, objectives, and tactics to reach sales goals and marketing KPIs in North America.
  • Channel Optimization: Identify the right mix of marketing channels, tactics, and programs to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales pipeline goals.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales, product marketing, and regional leaders to develop marketing strategies and programs.
  • Local Execution: Lead the execution of local marketing activity from digital to events and through direct and indirect channels.
  • Content Development: Identify local content to develop, write, and spread in the market, either with our content team or agencies, to improve awareness.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and new features in online advertising, making recommendations and launching new channels and campaigns where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ Years of B2B Marketing Experience: Ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of building scalable global marketing and ABM programs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-Oriented Project Management: Extremely detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A customer-oriented mindset, with a hunger to leverage the latest technology and methods to drive growth.
