Workday HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Workday HCM consultant.

This role will involve providing expertise in multiple Workday HCM modules, including HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Absence, and Time Tracking.

  • Leading the gathering and documentation of client business requirements, designing and configuring Workday solutions, and demonstrating configurations through prototype systems.
  • Collaborating with the data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Mentoring new consultants and coaching others on product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience implementing HCM solutions such as HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Absence, and Time Tracking.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM implementation.
  • Lead client engagement teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
