Workday Professional: Drive Innovation and Excellence

This role is a key contributor to the delivery of Workday projects, focusing on simplifying work, automating repetitive tasks, and optimizing business processes.

  • Develop and implement solutions that enhance employee experience and drive business growth
  • Utilize Workday and other tools to build reports, integrations, and automated workflows
  • Analyze and optimize existing automated solutions and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS, with a focus on Workday and core HCM functionality
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules
  • Experience in systems implementation and integration, with a focus on ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with cloud-based HR applications, such as Workday Talent & Performance and Zendesk
  • Report writing and BI analytics skills, with a focus on providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Presentation and workshop facilitation skills, with a focus on engaging audiences and driving results
