Our team is seeking a diligent Fund Accountant to oversee the day-to-day operations and reporting for Private Credit Funds. The successful candidate will work closely with our Client and Finance Operations team in Australia, ensuring accurate fund financials, accounting, and operations through documentation, justification, and demonstration of complex matters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate financial statements, monitor investment activities, and manage liquidity requirements.
  • Coordinate capital call and distribution processes, working schedules, and notices prepared by third-party administrators.
  • Manage credit and leverage facility operations, including drawdown and repayment processes.
Key Skills
  • Technical knowledge of fund oversight models, financial and fund accounting principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, service providers, and auditors on operational tasks.
  • Strong relationships with third-party fund administrators for smooth fund operations and timely deliverables.
