Senior Private Credit Specialist

KPMG's private credit team supports clients through the entire business lifecycle, from fund inception to exit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive deal materials, including tear sheets, proposals, and credentials documents.
- Identifying and evaluating potential opportunities with private credit clients.
- Collaborating with leaders on thought leadership initiatives and presentations focused on private credit.
- Establishing trusted relationships with peers and clients to meet their specific market needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in turnaround and restructuring, corporate finance, debt advisory, private credit, transaction services, consulting, or investment banking firms.
- A background in financial analysis, due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and resilience.
- Expertise in evaluating and executing private credit investments.
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role and ideally postgraduate qualification.
