About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an AV Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their events are executed flawlessly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service by providing proactive support and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure seamless event execution, from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals that highlight the unique value proposition of our services, focusing on the benefits and added value we bring to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven account management or sales experience, preferably in the AV/events industry.
