We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients on a part-time basis. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To undertake the registration and education of new customers to enhance their overall experience.">
  • To respond promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails, providing clear and concise solutions to their inquiries.">
  • To process customer Know Your Customer (KYC) checks across various methods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • To update knowledge around betting products to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and enhancements.">
  • To make outbound calls to establish and develop relationships with current and prospective customers, increasing engagement and loyalty.">

Key Skills and Qualifications:
