">This is a key role in our Customer Operations team where you will be involved in various functions such as customer service, quality assurance, staff training and compliance.
To be successful, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize workload, advanced knowledge of customer service functions and experience with creating and reviewing employee training documents.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures for training purposes.
Support Compliance Officer roles as required including associated responsibilities.
Build effective relationships within the team and broader business.
Ensure customer needs are always the primary focus.
