Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through prompt support via various channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Ensure all required customer service activities are completed to high standards, including prompt support via telephone, live chat, and email.
  • Policies and Documentation: Assist in creating and implementing CS policy/documentation for training purposes.
  • Compliance: Assist in Compliance Officer roles where required, including associated responsibilities.
  • Relationship Building: Build effective relationships within the team and broader business.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure the needs of the customer are always the primary focus.
  • Ad Hoc Roles: Assist the wider company by fulfilling ad hoc Trading/Risk/Other roles as may be required.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the gaming and wagering industry.
  • Customer Service: Experience in a Customer Service focused role in a call centre environment.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Intercom or alternative systems (Admin level).
  • Critical Thinking: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Analytical Mind: An analytical mind and inclination for problem solving.
  • Team Player: A can-do attitude and ability to see the bigger picture.
