Senior Retail Construction Project Lead

This is an opportunity to join a global fashion retailer as a Senior Project Manager and play a key role in driving their new store expansion across the country.


Reporting to the Head of Store Design & Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of new build retail construction projects—from initial design to final handover. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure new stores are delivered on time, within budget, and to our clients' global standards.


You will lead and manage new build, greenfield retail construction projects. Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, and cost governance. Oversee procurement, supplier management, and subcontractor performance. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards. Conduct site inspections and manage site handovers. Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive value engineering initiatives.


We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in construction, preferably in retail projects. You should have strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities. A degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent is required. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite is also necessary.
