We are looking for passionate individuals who want to make a positive impact in people's lives as Care Support Specialists.

Our team provides care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

Role Overview

As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide care to clients within their homes, supporting with daily activities and empowering them to live fully.

  • Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits and interacting one-on-one with clients
  • In-home personal care, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Providing care in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Supporting with community-based recreational and social activities
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Requirements
  • Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification - Essential
  • Current Australian driver's license and own roadworthy insured vehicle - Essential (International Driver's Licenses will not be considered)
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
