Occupational Therapist Role

As an Occupational Therapist with our organisation, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage a caseload and deliver therapeutic services to meet the diverse needs of our clients
  • Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity
  • Develop tailored treatment plans to address individual client goals and objectives
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote independence and well-being
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation and compliance requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to improvement and learning from new ideas
  • Passion for working in the disability sector
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
