Platform Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Platform Specialist to play a key role in supporting the operation and evolution of our digitally-enabled program management platform. This includes gathering and analysing business needs and technical requirements, acting as the interface with our SaaS vendor, and providing project teams with technical advice and support.

  • Implement minor administration platform changes and proactively manage escalated technical support cases.
  • Collaborate across the EPMO to identify opportunities for improvements and minimise risk exposure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
