Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned delivery leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of technology initiatives for clients across the financial services sector.

This is a senior client-facing consulting role requiring delivery leadership, solution fluency, and consulting professionalism across a dynamic portfolio of engagements.

The successful candidate will lead and inspire cross-functional delivery teams to ensure delivery excellence across multiple engagements, establishing high-performing team environments, fostering psychological safety, and championing professional development and wellbeing.

In addition to program delivery, the role carries responsibility for team engagement, mentoring emerging consultants, and contributing to our consulting practice through uplift of delivery frameworks, methods, and reusable IP.

The ideal candidate will work closely with client executives, internal delivery leaders, and commercial stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives, is commercially viable, and enables sustainable growth for both client and consultant alike.
