Job Opportunity

The Manager, Assurance and Oversight position supports the Policy and Coordination Unit to undertake a broad range of priority policy and project management functions.

This role involves driving program assurance and oversight outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered to best practice standards. Key responsibilities include managing a project management office, developing and implementing an assurance and oversight framework, providing strategic advice, and building partnerships with stakeholders.

The role operates within Sport and Recreation Victoria branch, which sits within the Sport and Experience Economy (SEE) group.

SEE group aims to create greater sport and active recreation participation opportunities for all Victorians.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing a project management office, developing and implementing assurance frameworks, and providing strategic guidance.

Key skills required include effective communication, project management, and analytical skills.
