We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Research Manager to join our team at Atlassian.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Drive Research Priorities:
  • IDentify critical research priorities, ensuring a balance between speed and quality of research execution.
  • Collaborate Across Functions:
  • Partner with designers, data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define the research roadmap, execute strategy, and deliver critical insights.
  • Lead and Inspire:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of mixed method researchers.
  • Connect Insights:
  • Connect UX insights with established brand and market research insights.
  • Thought Leadership:
  • Provide thought leadership in UX and related research practices.
Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of research experience, including leading research strategy in complex or enterprise-level software environments.
  • 2+ years of experience managing research teams of 4 or more.
  • Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative research methods to business problems.
  • Hands-on research proficiency, with demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data.
  • Compelling storytelling ability and experience driving engagement with and actionability of research-driven insights.
  • Proven expertise influencing business strategy and driving change across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
