About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute research strategies aligned with product and design goals.
  • Apply a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to gather user insights.
  • Analyse research findings and provide actionable recommendations for product teams.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to enhance user experience.
  • Presentation research insights to stakeholders and influence business decisions.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • A degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human Geography, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience as a UX Researcher or User Researcher.
  • Strong expertise in UX research methodologies (e.g., ethnography, JTBD, diary studies, conjoint analysis).
  • Demonstrated experience working in a product development environment.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across different business levels.
