Production Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team at our Ballarat site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellence and contributing to the growth of our business.

You will play a vital role in maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards in a fast-paced and high-tech environment. Your contributions will help drive world-class manufacturing standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
• Operating high speed machinery including
  • Performing changeovers
  • Troubleshooting
  • Machine adjustments
  • Basic maintenance tasks
• Reading & following SOPs
• Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance.

• Great communication & team working skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude & hands-on experience with machinery or cars etc.
• Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns.
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous however not essential.
• Ability to meet requirements of pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing.

• Site typically operates a 24/7 roster which offers very competitive hourly rates and allowances.
• 7-day roster allows for condensed working weeks, and every second weekend off (and they are long weekends too).
