A Lucrative Career Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior UX Design Strategist to join our team. The estimated annual salary for this role is $140,000-$180,000 AUD, depending on experience. Your primary responsibility will be accountable for the quality of design output across multiple Agile squads on our Personal Banking platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Director of Product to envision and deliver on our Loan Originations Platforms
  • Work closely with designers in your portfolio to ensure high-quality, consistent output across our ecosystem
  • Mentor and elevate a design team's work without direct people management responsibilities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a proven track record of leading design projects to successful outcomes
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, and design thinking methodologies
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
  • Experience conducting generative and evaluative research for digital products
