Software Development Tester Role

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Tester to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for executing tests, finding bugs, and ensuring our products work correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to user acceptance and release testing\
• Perform peer code review\
• Report bugs and errors to the Development team\
• Create and maintain automated testing scripts\
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions\
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing\
• Collaborate with Development team members to identify and prioritize testing needs\
• Develop and maintain test cases, test data, and test environments\
• Identify and report defects found during testing\
• Work with the QA lead to develop and implement testing strategies and plans\
• Perform exploratory testing and ad-hoc testing as needed\
• Communicate testing results and issues to stakeholders\
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices\
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize testing needs\
• Work with the DevOps team to implement automation tools and scripts\
• Support the deployment of testing tools and scripts\
• Document and track testing activities, including test case execution and defect reporting\
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve overall quality of the software\
• Provide feedback and recommendations on testing processes and procedures\
• Work collaboratively with other teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality software solutions\
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to software testing\
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy and security\

• Collaborate with other teams to prioritize and schedule testing activities\
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test reports\
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools\
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of testing into the development lifecycle\
• Provide support for testing-related activities, such as training and mentoring junior testers\
• Assist in developing and implementing testing roadmaps and strategic plans\
• Participate in process improvements initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness\
• Collaborate with other teams to establish and maintain testing metrics and KPIs\
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to obtain relevant information and expertise\
• Provide input to budgeting and resource planning for testing activities\
• Represent the QA function in meetings and discussions with stakeholders, management, and other departments\

• Develop and implement processes to continuously improve testing quality and efficiency\
