Overview
This is a role within the Australia Global Banking Payment Operations with responsibilities as follows:
Drive payment operation projects in the region.
Rollout and implement payments solutions within branch, identify any branch specific additions and requirements.
Act as a local point of contact for payment operations.
Execute and manage UAT, validating solutions and coordinating to resolve any issues.
Manage defects and escalations for operations.
Assist on management reporting and escalating issues and risks in a timely manner.
Analyze and optimize payment operation process flows.
Provide post implementation production support and act as SME to provide consultancy for payment operations regionally post deployment.
Prepare operational readiness support to prepare for project implementation including training, updating of desktop procedures and tasks related to go live of the project.
