Contract Administration Role

The role of a Contract Administrator is crucial in ensuring the successful financial and contractual management of projects.

You will play a key role in working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to prepare, review, and administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

  • Manage project documentation, including contract variations, claims, and extensions of time.
  • Deal with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • A degree within Construction
  • Exposure to large Australian based builders (Tier 2 or 3 preferably)
  • Experience on projects valued at $30m and above
  • 3+ years' experience in contracts administration within the construction industry on Multi Resi projects

Key skills include: strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
