We are looking for career minded Contracts Manager to join the RCC family to deliver projects across our major project space.

**Responsibilities**:
As an RCC Contracts Manager, you will ultimately manage the head contract, subcontract(s) and financial administration of a project:

- Cost and head contract management
- Establish appropriate management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunities
- Progress claims and variations administration and client communications
- Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex
- Time to time opportunity to support bids and project conversion

**Requirements**:

- Senior construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on large ($100m) building projects
- Industry relevant degree qualification
- Familiarity with Contract Law principals & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations
- People leadership qualities consistent with successfully leading by example, coaching & mentoring
- Confident & collaborative communicator
- Self-motivated and intuitively natured
