Senior Citrix Engineer Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work as a key member of our technical operations team, providing technical maintenance and support services within agreed service levels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Citrix environments within contracted time frames and service level agreements
  • Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on Citrix and NetScaler projects for customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior System Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies
  • Experience supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies
  • Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration
  • Citrix NetScaler Administration and configuration
  • Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server technology products
  • Experience with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
  • Managing virtual environments using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
