Microsoft is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Sales Leader to lead our ANZ team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our Security Solutions team, you will be responsible for empowering our customers to achieve their digital transformation goals while ensuring their cyber resilience.
Job PurposeTechnical Leadership
As a Technical Specialist Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to our customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to help them achieve business value with Microsoft solutions. You will lead a team of highly skilled Technical Specialists who will work closely with our customers to drive technical decisions and deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities- People Leadership: You will attract, develop, and retain top talent, building a diverse team of Technical Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Scale Customer Engagements: You will enable and empower your team to influence customer decisions, streamline processes, and drive technical wins by leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft solutions.
- Scaling and Collaboration: You will coach your team to learn and apply the orchestration model, guiding them to build a network of partners to cross-sell and up-sell Microsoft solutions.
- Sales Excellence: You will lead your team to identify and support new opportunities, bring impactful industry insights into customer engagements, and lead virtual cross-organisational teams on strategic projects and high-impact solution sales deployments.
- Solution Design and Proof: You will oversee your team in guiding customers through digital transformation solutions, applying advanced sales methodologies, and envisioning new and innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Technical Expertise: You will coach your team on business and market knowledge, acting as a thought leader to help them connect Microsoft solutions to customer business impact.
- 7+ years of technology-related sales, account management experience.
- Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with partners for optimal business results.
- Industry qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified SCADA Security Professional (CSSP) or similar.
