
Expert Case Manager for Disability Claims

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Disability Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Protect Team, you will be responsible for managing and processing disability claims, providing helpful service to claimants, and assisting them with their queries.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a superannuation or life claims assessment environment. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare trustee recommendations for approval.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience as a Claims Case Manager managing end-to-end processes of various types of claims, especially disability claims.
- Experience performing claims staking.
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing and challenging insurer decisions and case reviewing declined claims.
- Ability to prepare trustee recommendations for approval.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
