The Project:

CPB Contractors has been selected by Brisbane Airport Corporation to undertake the planning phase of the International Terminal Security and Retail Upgrade project.

The project involves the reconfiguration and expansion of the International Terminal's main security screening area and upgrading retail and administrative facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work.
  • Coordinate and supervise the utilization of on-site resources for the project.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and company policies and processes.
  • Ensure site-wide compliance with standards, specifications, and safety.

Salary Information:

We offer an estimated salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements for this Role:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor working on large-scale projects within the civil construction industry.
  • Demonstrate a strong culture of safety and health awareness.
  • Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work successfully in a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlines.
