Position Overview
We are expanding our team and seeking an Intermediate Test Analyst to develop and execute test cases, ensuring the highest quality standards for our extensive client base. This role is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to quality assurance in a dynamic setting, working on both ongoing projects and new implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure quality delivery
- Engage in both current operational projects and significant new initiatives
- Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test cases
- Conduct test case execution and maintain a clear log of outcomes
- Test existing processes to ensure functionality
- Retrieve necessary data to facilitate test case execution
Qualifications for Success
- Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle and testing requirements
- Experience in requirements review, test case development, execution, and reporting
- Proficient technical skills, including SQL and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Billing and CRM systems, preferably within the utilities sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively with technical teams
