Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Property Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in property administration and management to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of industrial assets across NSW and QLD, including lease and financial administration, property and tenant coordination, reporting and analysis, and customer experience.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Review lease data and manage purchase orders
* Support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with arrears and rent reviews
* Liaise with property managers, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
* Assist in preparing monthly reports, cash flow budgets, and variance analysis in collaboration with finance teams
* Build strong tenant relationships, respond to queries, and ensure high service standards through regular site visits and proactive communication

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Industrial Property Administration and or Management, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with outstanding initiative and excellent attention to detail.
  • A working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects.
  • Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
