Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Professional to join our team in the property industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the submission process, creating marketing strategies, and working closely with clients and agencies to implement and measure campaigns.

  • Project Management: Lead project management and collation of submission documents, coordinating meetings, and communicating with internal stakeholders on deadlines and progress.
  • Campaign Coordination: Manage campaign enquiry schedules, ensuring timely fulfilment of requests for data room access, information memorandums, and marketing materials.
  • Marketing Support: Coordinate and project manage marketing activities, including briefing design of advertising, organising photography and videography, and booking print and online listings.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate new marketing advertising opportunities to service lines across real estate portals and other platforms.
  • Publishing Management: Work with the central marketing team to project manage the production of service line-specific publications, including content, property listings, and website updates.
  • Post-Pitch Analysis: Analyse post-pitch client feedback and communicate lessons learned to the team.
  • Team Guidance: Guide and mentor team members responsible for delivering vendor-paid marketing campaigns.

This role requires an individual with demonstrable experience within an administration role providing support to a team or senior individual. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding in marketing and campaign management, ideally in the property industry.

A strong internal stakeholder management skillset and the ability to influence at a senior level is essential. The individual should also have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate will possess intermediate skills in the Microsoft suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Adobe Design suite experience.
